Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason, in accordance with applicable Bulgarian and European legislation.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Bulgarian law.
